We want happy customers that are satisfied & confident in their purchases.If you don't love your Silo Boutique purchase you may return your items within 14 days of purchase for in store credit. 


●  Returns & exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit. We do not offer refunds-no exceptions!

●  Items must be UNWORN, UN-WASHED, with TAGS STILL ATTACHED to be returned/exchanged. Store credit will be issued.

●  Online purchases may be returned in store or by mail with the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Customer may use the carrier of your choice and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. 

●  All sale items are final sale

●  All jewelry, purses/wallets, hats, gloves, stickers, books, keychains, cami's, bralettes, candles, drinkware, cosmetics, and food items are final sale.

Before returning call one of our locations to receive an RMA#. If your return doesn't meet our return policy we will contact you to ship your item back and it is up to you to cover that shipping cost. 

After you've received an RMA # Please ship orders back to one of our locations.
